Mantrap Valley Conservation Club 2024 Newsletter

Another year has gone by quickly, offering new challenges and changes. The largest of which was finding a new insurance carrier due to changes in policies in the insurance industry. This led to the realization that we needed to make some changes in order to be prepared if we were to have this problem again in the future.

Those changes include restating By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation which will hopefully be finalized and approved at our May, 2025 Annual Meeting. We will also be requiring a hold harmless waiver to be signed by ALL members of the MVCC beginning January 1, 2025. Please note this MUST be signed before using the shooting range. LOOK FOR THE WAIVER AND PAY ONLINE OPTION to be posted on the MVCC Website by the end of Dec. 2024. This can be signed online. The other big change for 2025 will be an annual increase in member dues to $30 per member, due to the large increase in Insurance cost.
